At Lotts of Wellness, our fitness offerings are designed to feel intentional, supportive, and elevated—never overcrowded or overwhelming. We focus on small-group reformer Pilates and mindful movement, giving you a more personalized experience every time you walk through our doors.

With limited class sizes, you’ll receive hands-on guidance, form corrections, and a workout that truly meets you where you are.

Class Options

We offer small group reformer classes (max 4 clients) at select times throughout the day, creating a more intimate and effective workout environment.

Whether you're building strength, improving flexibility, or just needing a moment to reset—our classes are designed to support your body and your pace.

Pricing

Simple, flexible options—no confusion, no pressure:

  • Drop-In Class: $25

  • 5-Class Pack: $115

  • 10-Class Pack: $225

Class packages can be used toward any available group fitness class and are perfect for creating a routine that works with your schedule.

Class Schedule

We currently offer daily small-group classes at:

  • 5:15 AM

  • 12:15 PM

  • 3:30 PM

  • 5:30 PM (Tuesdays & Thursdays)

Spots are limited and fill quickly—we recommend booking in advance through our app or online.
