At Lotts of Wellness, we offer many different purchase options, to fit all of your wellness needs. Whether it is fitness, spa, or dual memberships you are seeking, we have it all!   • Drop-In Fitness Class: $20

    5-Class Package: $90

    10-Class Package: $160

    1-Month Unlimited: $195

    • No Contract required, Unlimited fitness classes, and 1 Sauna visit per week included with package.

    6-Month Unlimited:

    • 6-Month autopay contract of $175/month. Unlimited fitness classes and 2 Sauna visits per week included.

    12-Month Unlimited:

    • 12-Month autopay contract of $175/month. Unlimited fitness classes and 3 Sauna visits per week included.

  • Level 1 Membership:

    • 6-Month autopay contract of $55/month. Includes the following perks:

      • Choice of one 30 minute service per month (Radiant Express Facial, C the Surface Facial, Back in Action! Back Facial, or 30 Minute Massage)

      • One Free Dermaplane per month

      • 5% off additional services and add-ons

      • 5% off skincare retail

    Level 2 Membership:

    • 6-Month autopay contract of $70/month. Includes the following perks:

      • Choice of one 50-minute service per month (Cucumber Coconut Facial, A Bright Future: Time Reversal Facial, Deluxe Back in Action! Back Facial, or 50-Minute Massage)

      • One Free Dermaplane per month

      • One Free LED-Light Therapy per month

      • 10% off additional services and add-ons

      • 10% off skincare retail

  • Level 1 Fitness + Facial Membership:

    • 12-Month autopay contract for $200/month

    • Unlimited Fitness Classes

    Level 2 Fitness + Facial Membership

    • 12-Month autopay contract for $220/month

  • How is my monthly contract billed?

    • You must keep an active debit/credit card on file to be charged monthly, on the same day of each month. Failure to pay your monthly balance due may result in late fees or charges.

    Do members have to pay late cancel or no-show fees?

    • Yes, members have to pay a discounted fee of $5 anytime a class or appointment is late canceled or no-showed. If you no-show an appointment, you will lose that month’s facial/spa credit. We do make exceptions for emergencies and/or illnesses.

    What constitutes as a late cancel?

    • Any class or appointment canceled within the 3-hour window prior to your class or appointment is considered a late-cancel. (Example: if you cancel your 9:30 am class at 7:30 am, you will receive a $5 late cancel charge).

    Why do we charge for late-cancels and no shows?

    • Each time you hold a spot for a class, or reserve an appointment time, you are blocking time from other possible clientele and therefore stopping other potential appointments and clients for our estheticians and instructors. We must be respectful to our staff, and their time availability.

    If I sign up for a contract, can I cancel it before the 12-month or 6-month period ends?

    • No, we do not allow cancellations of contracts, as you agree to our terms and conditions when signing your contract. With this being said, there are some conditions in which we may allow an exception (Moving, Military, etc.). These are left up to ownership and management discretion and require at least 2 weeks notice before your next autopay is due.
