Lotts of Wellness, LLC was established in 2024 by husband and wife duo, Maribeth & George Lott. Through their passion for fitness and wellness, as well as passion for their community, they came together to bring West Point it’s premier Wellness Studio.

Maribeth Lott - LMT 2115
Owner - Massage Therapist - Esthetician
In the process of running her own Spa, Maribeth developed a new love for fitness and decided to share her love for Pilates and Yoga with the people of West Point, while giving them other opportunities for self-care and wellness. She now runs Lotts of Wellness, with her loving husband, with whom she shares 2 children, Evelyn and David! Her work is her passion, but when she is not working you can find her soaking up every free second with her family!

George Lott
Owner
George Lott, part owner of Lotts of Wellness was born in West Point. He graduated Mississippi State University with a Business and Finance degree! His love for the Wellness and Self-care world stemmed from the passion his wife, Maribeth, had from it! He is a family man and cares deeply for his town and can’t wait for everyone to enjoy the benefits that Lott’s of Wellness brings!

Sara Claire Sabes
Business Manager - Lash Technician
Sara Claire, a West Point native and sister to the owners, joined our team as Business Manager after 6 years in the Education field. Sara Claire holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Elementary Education, but is now putting her knowledge and education towards helping manage Lotts of Wellness, as well as adding a new field under her belt through her new found love of Lash Extensions. Outside of work, you can find at home with her husband, Adam, snuggling her baby girl, Eloise, or chasing her niece and nephew around.

Katie Morton
Esthetician - Fitness Instructor
Katie Morton is originally from Alabama, moved to West Point in 2022 with her husband, Austin. Together, they have a daughter, Mae Ella, who is Katie’s whole world and biggest motivation. She has been an Esthetician for over 4 years and has her dream job, although though she recently found a new love for Pilates! She is so excited for this new chapter in her life and she can’t wait to meet everyone and bring what she loves to West Point!

Bridget Bryan
Esthetician - Fitness Instructor
Bridget Bryan, a West Point native, has always had the dream of being an esthetician. She has finally achieved that dream and is now offering esthetic services here at LoW! Bridget is a new mom, and loves spending time with her baby boy, Miles and the rest of her family! She is excited to work under her best friend, Maribeth, of 17 years! Fun fact: Sara Claire and Bridget’s babies are only five days apart!

Brittany Russell
Fitness Instructor
Brittany Russell is a native of West Point, and is thrilled to be joining in the opening of Lotts of Wellness while teaching Pilates and Yoga. Her true passion lies within the Pilates Reformer and bringing a fun, approachable experience to helping your body’s mobility and strength. Her hobbies include spending time with family, taking trips, cooking, and constantly learning. She hopes to see you soon!

Julie Hill
Fitness Instructor
Julie is originally from Alabama, but relocated with her family to West Point in 2007. Julie has worked in various education roles for 20 years. She loves to run, and has developed a new love for Reformer Pilates. Julie is excited to share her passion for fitness with others. When not working or exercising, she enjoys traveling, attending any Bama sporting even with family, attending her teenage boys’ extracurricular activities, and being active in her church. Julie and her husband, David, have four children - Travis, Lindsey, Charles David, and Chapman

Annslie Moore
Fitness Instructor
Originally from Warner Robins, Georgia, Annslie relocated to West Point in 2015 before enrolling at Ole Miss in 2019. Annslie received her first fitness certification nearly two years ago. Since then, she has spent every day pursuing her passion of using fitness as a way to connect with others and inspire them to unlock their best selves. Annslie believes that no matter what someone’s fitness level is, we are all capable of far more than we realize. In her spare time, Annslie loves to read fantasy novels, try out new recipes, and spoil her son, Harrison!
